Qualifications

• Substantial post registration experience within mental health setting.
• Evidence of People Management experience e.g. supervision, line management.
• Awareness of clinical skills adaptable to working with people with autism and/or ADHD.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational functioning of the team to provide high quality service.
• Be line manager for MDT members and undertake full range of people management responsibilities.
• Lead on investigation of clinical incidents and complaints in accordance with Trust procedures.
