Company Description
Community Networker – Help Us Launch a New Home Instead Territory
Are you a confident, outgoing, and a people-focused individual who loves making connections? Do you want to play a vital role in getting our new territory up and running – then we would LOVE to hear from you!
Led by Jason and Jenny since 2010, they successfully opened two offices here in Telford which is now expanding into a brand-new territory in South Shropshire! We’re looking for a Community Networker to help us spread the word about our services, build strong local relationships, and grow our client base from scratch.
Since 2010, we’ve been making a real difference to people by providing the highest-quality care. Now, as we bring Home Instead to a new area, we need someone who can be the face of our brand in the community – making sure local people, organisations, and businesses know who we are and how we can help.
Job DescriptionWhat You’ll Do
Build relationships with local businesses, community groups, healthcare professionals, and referral partners to raise awareness of Home Instead.
Attend networking events, community groups, and business forums to promote our services.
Organise and represent Home Instead at events such as fairs, open days, and talks.
Work closely with our Care Manager to identify opportunities to generate referrals and enquiries for our new care service.
Bring energy and enthusiasm to every interaction, ensuring Home Instead is seen as approachable, professional, and the trusted choice for care.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
Has a bubbly, confident, and engaging personality – you’ll be representing Home Instead everywhere you go.
Is a natural relationship builder and communicator, comfortable talking to anyone from local shopkeepers to healthcare professionals.
Is proactive, organised, and motivated by seeing results.
Ideally has some experience in networking, business development, sales, or community engagement (though the right personality is more important than experience).
Is happy to attend events, visit organisations, and travel around the local area (a driving licence is essential).
Loves the idea of being part of a growing service and helping older people live well at home.
Why join Us?
A chance to play a vital role in launching a brand-new Home Instead territory – your work will directly help us grow and succeed.
Be part of a supportive, passionate team who are all about making a difference.
Competitive pay, mileage, and opportunities for personal development.
The satisfaction of knowing your work helps older people and their families access the care they need.
If you’re a natural people person who loves getting out into the community and making things happen, we’d love to hear from you.
Apply today and help us spread the word about Home Instead in our new territory.
