A leading financial institution in the United Kingdom seeks a Network Infrastructure Engineer to manage and enhance enterprise network solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing product lifecycles, and ensuring the quality and consistency of network designs. Ideal candidates will have significant experience with Cisco and Arista platforms, and a strong background in managing large network environments of 10,000+ devices.
Join us as a Network Infrastructure Engineer
As a Network Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll contribute to and manage the selection, creation and maintenance of technologies required to meet the needs of our customers, strategic targets and architecture outcomes, along with developing products using modern engineering practices and tools.
We’ll look to you to collaborate with Product Owners to develop product roadmaps and manage the lifecycle of the team's products and support engineered products to respond to customer feedback, new feature requests, resolve production issues and help customers consume our products.
You’ll also lead VXLAN deployments and ensure seamless integration across data centre fabrics. We’ll also look to you to conduct technical peer reviews of network changes and deployments to ensure quality and consistency along with proactively contributing improvement ideas, as well as challenging and reviewing designs, solutions and architectural decisions.

We’re looking for someone with five hands-on experience managing large enterprise network environments with 10,000+ devices. We’ll expect you to have proven design, implementation, and management of enterprise-grade networks using Cisco and Arista platforms with experience including, Arista Fabric with VxLAN on-prem deployment, Traditional Cisco enterprise deployment and extensive knowledge of layer 2 and 3 protocols to build scalable and resilient networks such as STP, OSPF, BGP, VxLAN, EVPN.
