A leading housing association seeks a Neighbourhood Housing Lead for South West London. In this role, you will support the Housing Management team to provide excellent service while improving resident satisfaction. You will manage relationships with around 500–600 homes and must demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to resident care. Contract Type : Permanent Full Time - 35 hours
Salary : 35951 per annum to 39531 per annum (London weighted salary) dependant on experience plus 1300 ECU allowance*
Reporting Office : Morden Road CR4 4DA
Working Location : Garratt Lane office and South West London changing to Morden Road CR4 4DA (office due to open later this year)
Patchlocations (confirmed on appointment)
Persona : Agile Worker : 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office / working location (hybrid working)
Working Pattern : Monday to Friday 09:00 17:00
Closing Date : 5th December 2025 - 23:00
