A leading project management firm in Manchester seeks an experienced NEC Project Manager to oversee project execution on the Carrington Project. Responsibilities include fulfilling the NEC PM roles, drafting scope changes, and reviewing contractor applications for payment. Qualifications

• Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years working on NEC projects.
• LLM or NEC Project Manager Accreditation is desirable.
• Experience in energy or energy storage projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill NEC PM roles for contracts and activities as per client responsibilities.
• Draft Scope changes through a redline markup process to maintain live scope.
• Review Contractor applications for payment and related certifications.
