The Role

We’re seeking a skilled and flexible NDT Technician to carry out inspections and testing of both new and in-service components across our Race Team, Race Support Team, and other high-profile projects. This role combines factory-based work with dynamic trackside responsibilities, supporting race car build, setup, and pitstop execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform NDT inspections (UT, PT, MP, ET, RT, CT, AE) to industry standards
  • Conduct proof and load testing using AEE equipment
  • Create and maintain accurate NDT reports and documentation
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to resolve non-conformancesMaintain equipment and contribute to departmental improvements
  • Support race car build, garage operations, and pitstop execution when travelling in between NDT duties.
What We’re Looking For
  • NDT Level 2/3 (PCN or EN4179) in relevant methods
  • Proven experience in the industry
  • Strong engineering background with ability to interpret technical drawings
  • Proficient in MS Office and Dynamics 365
  • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to travel and support varied trackside operation duties
