Navcom Project Coordinator - Secure Maritime & Defence Projects

Redhill, Surrey | 5 Days Onsite

Up to £35,000 per annum

Our client is a leading global provider of maritime communication and navigation solutions, delivering cutting-edge NAVCOM and SATCOM systems to vessels worldwide. With a strong reputation for innovation, reliability, and customer focus, they support commercial shipping, defence, and offshore industries.

We are seeking a NAVCOM Project Coordinator to manage the delivery of NAVCOM and SATCOM projects, coordinating internal teams, overseeing multiple projects end-to-end, and ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate NAVCOM & SATCOM projects from start to finish.
• Support the Senior Project Manager in managing multiple maritime projects.
• Liaise with internal teams (engineering, logistics, field service) and external suppliers.
• Track project costs, timelines, and ensure successful delivery.
• Assist with bids, pre-sales activities, and customer relationship management.

Required skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in Project Coordination
• Experience with maritime systems (Radar, GMDSS, ECDIS, AIS, VHF/UHF, Satcoms) is a plus
• Strong organisational & communication skills
• Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines & solve problems
• Customer-focused with a proactive mindset
