National Sales Director - SME's / ISO

Location: Kent
Type: Permanent
Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 Per Annum (+ bonus & benefits)

Our client is a high growth merchant services business with a thriving terminal estate and an excellent reputation. They have recently enjoyed some investment, and as such are transforming the way the business is structured and developing the teams and product set massively. They are very keen to hire an experienced, hands on and dynamic people leader to take responsibility for the sales team (currently 60'ish people, high levels of staff growth planned) and really develop them to the next level, working through your direct reports to influence and instil a true sales culture.

About you
  • Strong, confident and experienced people leader with exceptional sales and commercial focus
  • Data driven - can drill into the numbers and spot trends, taking immediate action to remedy or improve
  • Payments / merchant services / ISO / gateway or acquiring background essential
  • Previous exposure to leading large sales teams in a competitive and fast paced environment
  • Happy to set and manage targets, KPI's and build a winning team culture
