About Our Client

This is working with a leading home furnishings/furniture manufacturer and supplier, who are currently expanding the sales team. They are recognised for their commitment to excellence and delivering high-quality products.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement sales strategy to ensure growth of the channel
  • Design performance management frameworks for the field sales team
  • Provide coaching and training to the team, providing them with the support needed to meet sales targets
  • Conduct regular visits with key customers, and audits of team to ensure consistency of field sales standards.
  • Remain in a hands on, customer facing capacity to stay in touch with market trends
  • Responsible for full P&L Revenue for the channel
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
The Successful Applicant

A successful National Field Sales Manager should have:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
  • Sales experience within home furnishings, furniture or relatable/transferrable product area
  • Willingness to travel nationally
  • Solid business acumen, financial literacy, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Interpersonal and influencing skills, able to develop and maintain strong working relationship, both field team and leadership team/ key stakeholders
