As National Account Executive Flagships you will play a pivotal role shaping the future of our flagships and department store organization in both strategy and execution. We pride ourselves on recruiting and developing top talent to promote within as we continue to expand our team.
As our National Account Executive - Flagships you are tasked with delivering productive market share growth for your retailer(s) and brands. You will be the lead interface between your retailer(s) and our portfolio of incredible brands responsible for delivering aligned retail targets and key financial goals. Balancing competing priorities to achieve the best net outcome is the heartland of this role which has a complex matrix of stakeholders.

The Flagships & Department Stores team at Coty UK&I is a passionate team of 7 account managers and support superstars who lead our wholesale partnerships in this highly competitive channel. You will work cross-functionally internally and externally acting as a mini general manager for your retailer scope. We’re obsessed with retail fundamentals and shopper journeys, the right hand to our field sales team to deliver on ambitious targets. Our mission is delivering unparallelled brand experiences for our shoppers, building annual JBPs to maximise productivity and ROI. We’re beauty junkies, inherently curious about the beauty landscape and passionate about our craft. Our team are the creative hub of commercial at Coty – we’re collaborative, performance driven and hold the relationships with our retailers and customer satisfaction at the heart of everything we do.
