The family are ideally seeking an ex-teacher, they would even consider an ex-teacher who hasn't worked as a nanny before.
The ideal nanny is someone fun, caring, flexible, adaptable and capable of providing structure and discipline for the children. The mother likes to be hands on with parenting, so they want someone who knows when to take a step back and can also use their initiative. The mother is super personable and warm, so she is looking for a nanny who she can have a good relationship with and can bounce ideas off. It is a collaborative working environment, but then also remembering that professional undertone and relationship.
The successful candidate must have worked as a nanny in an UHNW, private household before and demonstrated longevity with an employer. An ex-teacher would also be highly desirable to act as a governess for the children, but not a necessity.
The family are a young, dynamic family with extremely busy lives. They really look after their staff but in return they do want someone who is dedicated and puts the children first. The successful nanny must thrive working in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing plans and schedules.
