Job description

Position: NACE Level 2 Coatings Inspector

Location: Welshpool

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: 2-3 months

PAYE Pay Rate: £35.00/hr (Including £3.76/hr Holiday Pay)

Hours: Approx 8:00-17:00, Mon-Fri

The Role

Integrate Engineering Resources is currently recruiting for a NACE Level 2 Coatings Inspector for a workshop based role in Welshpool. The role will involve inspection of galvanised coatings on steel and structures, inspecting surfaces for contaminants and defects, evaluating coatings according to specifications company standards and industry regulations, and documenting inspection results.

Duties will include

• Inspect surface preparation and coating application on various structures and equipment.
• Check for contaminants and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
• Assess and evaluate coating conditions and durability.
• Document findings and prepare detailed reports on inspection results.
• Communicate inspection results and recommendations to clients and team members.
• Assist in developing inspection procedures and standards.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations.

Requirements

• NACE level 2 certificate
