Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Strong technical accounting knowledge.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good time management and the ability to prioritize.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities (desired).
• NetSuite experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly Payroll journals and reconcile in accounting system.
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and loans.
• Lead monthly Balance Sheet review and discuss discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyze monthly royalty revenue reports.
• Onboard new acquisitions into the accounting system.
• Manage Belgian and French subsidiaries regarding VAT and account filings.
• Support annual Budgeting process and drive efficiencies.
• Provide technical support to finance team members.
• Develop and maintain a Finance handbook.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned.
