As a Mural Republic Producer, you’ll play a key role in delivering our physical mural projects from concept through to completion. You’ll help coordinate people, budgets, timelines and logistics — ensuring jobs run smoothly, issues are anticipated early, and outcomes meet the highest standard.
This role requires someone who has experience working in similar fields where human-powered, physical production is central to execution e.g live events, brand experiential & activation, film and TV production.
The right candidate is comfortable with the details while also keeping an eye on the bigger picture, and enjoys being a steady, reliable presence throughout production. Jobs range from large-scale murals to complex physical installations, shoots, and live experiential stunts. Demonstrating an entrepreneurial attitude and strong work ethic will be directly rewarded through an annual performance based bonus in addition to your salary.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in physical production, loves details, and stays calm when things get fast, complex, or unpredictable.
This is a flexible role with nominally 2 days wfh/3 days in our West London office so being proactive, responsive, and thoughtful in how you communicate is essential. We are open to discussing specific flexibility requirements for the right candidate.
