Job description
The Team

At Mural Republic, we work closely with artists, partners, and clients to deliver high-quality murals in public spaces. We care deeply about craft, process, and people.

We’re a production agency that services the out-of-home industry. We pride ourselves on being the best hand-painted advertising production company in the country, capable of delivering a diverse range of creative campaigns nationwide and beyond. You’ll be joining a small, collaborative creative team that values clear communication, trust and accountability.

Role Description

As a Mural Republic Producer, you’ll play a key role in delivering our physical mural projects from concept through to completion. You’ll help coordinate people, budgets, timelines and logistics — ensuring jobs run smoothly, issues are anticipated early, and outcomes meet the highest standard.

This role requires someone who has experience working in similar fields where human-powered, physical production is central to execution e.g live events, brand experiential & activation, film and TV production.

The right candidate is comfortable with the details while also keeping an eye on the bigger picture, and enjoys being a steady, reliable presence throughout production. Jobs range from large-scale murals to complex physical installations, shoots, and live experiential stunts. Demonstrating an entrepreneurial attitude and strong work ethic will be directly rewarded through an annual performance based bonus in addition to your salary.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in physical production, loves details, and stays calm when things get fast, complex, or unpredictable.

This is a flexible role with nominally 2 days wfh/3 days in our West London office so being proactive, responsive, and thoughtful in how you communicate is essential. We are open to discussing specific flexibility requirements for the right candidate.

Qualifications
  • You have relevant experience from previous production roles on PHYSICAL productions e.g. live events, brand experiential & activations, film & TV shoots.
  • PLEASE NOTE we do not consider desk-based production roles e.g. content production, animation or video editing as relevant to this role.
  • Naturally organised with a sharp eye for detail and you take pride in seeing tasks through to completion.
  • A self-starter who can confidently manage priorities without constant instruction.
  • A thoughtful and proactive problem-solver — you ask good questions, assess situations critically, and take initiative to resolve issues as they arise.
  • Dedicated to delivering the client’s vision at the highest quality, never letting production pressures compromise the outcome.
  • Someone who learns quickly from experience and applies that knowledge to build competence and confidence.
  • A clear, consistent communicator, comfortable working within a partially remote team and proactively communicating in a timely, considered way.
  • An intuitive communicator who can adapt their approach depending on who they’re dealing with — artists, suppliers, or clients — especially when time is tight.
  • Calm, efficient, and solutions-focused under pressure, even in challenging or time-sensitive scenarios.
