About The Role

As a Multiskilled Void Repairs Technician/Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance in void properties, applying technical expertise in three or more trades to deliver high-quality results. You will play a vital role in minimising void rent loss by adhering to void standards, ensuring properties are free from hazards, and completing works efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all general maintenance works in void properties, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and Paradigm’s procedures.
  • Achieve first-time fixes wherever possible and complete repairs within target response times.
  • Communicate effectively with tenants and staff, providing excellent customer care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports on all completed work.
  • Manage tools, materials, and vehicle stock efficiently, minimising waste.
What We’re Looking For
  • Relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQ in multiple trades, or equivalent experience.
  • Significant experience in maintenance and repair work across multiple trades.
  • Knowledge of construction, building regulations, and health & safety standards.
  • A valid UK driving licence.
  • Strong time-management and communication skills, with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
