As a Multiskilled Void Repairs Technician/Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance in void properties, applying technical expertise in three or more trades to deliver high-quality results. You will play a vital role in minimising void rent loss by adhering to void standards, ensuring properties are free from hazards, and completing works efficiently and effectively.
