Job description
Multiskilled HVAC/Plumbing Engineer – Amazon LCY2

Multiskilled HVAC/Plumbing Engineer required to undertake reactive and planned maintenance on all M&E assets across site. Based at LCY2 but may be asked to assist other nearby sites as required.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out mechanical remedial works.
  • Attend and rectify mechanical faults.
  • Carrry out planned maintenance in accordance with the company's PPM and task schedules.
  • Undertake PPM activity in a quality, professional manner.
  • Produce technical and situational reports as required.
  • Proactively use the technology systems given to you so that the Company can remain compliant with its contractual obligations.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with the rest of the team and clients.
  • Attend team meetings/briefings as requested.
  • Ensure that the Company is always presented in a good light.
  • Escalate any major site issues or incidents to your line manager as soon as possible once noticed.
  • Understand and be aware of the requirements of all relevant Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality legislation and be equally aware of your own roles and responsibilities within the Company.
