The role involves performing planned preventative maintenance and responding to emergency repairs for both electrical and mechanical systems. Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in facilities management and building services.
• Experience working in corporate or educational environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) for electrical and mechanical systems.
• Respond to Building Management System alarms and carry out emergency repairs.
• Ensure suitable spares for site maintenance are available.
• Develop relationships with clients and contractors.
• Complete job sheets to maintain accurate records.
• Present a professional image and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist engineering staff with low-level fabric tasks as needed.
• Participate in weekly call out duties.
• Maintain professional and technical skills through personal development.
• Ensure compliance with contractual KPIs/SLA.
• Supervise subcontractors during maintenance work.
• Keep all plant rooms clean and secured.
