Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed a formal craft apprenticeship in a Building discipline.
• Demonstrates significant knowledge in maintenance disciplines beyond core craft skills.
• Experience in installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of building services.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operational Estates Manager with maintenance of premises.
• Undertake planned preventative and reactive building maintenance duties.
• Organize and prioritize workload using own initiative.
