Looking for a Multi Trader to join a leading property services company based in Coalville.

6 month FTC offering 36,000 + van and fuel card and great benefits.

Responsibilities

• We are after someone who has previous domestic experience completing day to day Multi Trade repair works
• You will be able to carry out a variety of remedial trades including Carpentry, Tiling, Plastering, Plumbing and Painting & Decorating
• Customer focused approach ensuring a "right first time" fix for tenants
• Able to work to tight deadlines, working solely on certain tasks as well as a team

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence for at least 12 months (company van provided)
• Previous experience as a Multi Trader, ideally in a Social Housing environment
• Customer focused and able to follow health and safety guidelines
