Overview

Looking for a Multi Trade Carpenter to join a leading property services company based in Westminster. Permanent role offering up to £38,000 + van and fuel card and great benefits.

Responsibilities

• Complete day to day Carpentry works, hanging doors, worktops, units, cupboards, skirting, etc.
• Carry remedial trades including Tiling, Plastering or Plumbing ideally.
• Customer focused approach ensuring a "right first time" fix for tenants.
• Able to work to tight deadlines, working solely on certain tasks as well as a team.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence for at least 12 months (company van provided).
• Previous experience as a Multi Trade Carpenter, ideally in a Social Housing/Domestic environment.
• Trade related qualification, NVQ level 2 is must.
• Customer focused and able to follow health and safety guidelines.
