Multi Skilled Tradesperson - Carpentry Bias

Camden, London

£20 - £25 per hour

We're looking for a skilled Multi Skilled Tradesperson - Carpentry Bias to join our team. You'll carry out a variety of carpentry and trade duties across Responsive, Planned, Empty Homes, High Value, and Capital Repairs - always ensuring a high standard of workmanship.

The Role:

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering quality repairs and maintenance, including urgent and emergency jobs.
• Organising your workload effectively to meet appointments, deadlines, and customer expectations.
• Providing updates to supervisors, schedulers, and colleagues to support planning, scheduling, and material ordering.
• Maintaining high standards of motivation, attendance, and conduct, taking pride in your work and the team's output.
• Driving a company vehicle (where provided), keeping it clean and roadworthy, and following the LBI Drivers Policy.
• Reporting any additional repair needs clearly, so that accurate follow-on work orders can be raised.

The Candidate:

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter/Multi-Trader.
• Strong carpentry skills with excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Additional trade skills (e.g., plumbing, basic electrics).
• Relevant trade qualifications.
• Good problem-solving abilities.

• A valid driver's licence (preferred).
