Multi-skilled Plumber – Sleaford – Permanent – £32,000 – £33,000 + van and fuel card

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a social housing provider in Sleaford, who are looking for a multi-skilled plumber to join their repairs team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Completing reactive plumbing work on void and tenanted social housing properties
• Completing multi-skilled works including (but not limited to) carpentry, joinery, plastering, bricklaying & roofing
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures
• Maintaining van stock
• Ensuring customer satisfaction

Essential criteria

• Full UK driving license
• Relevant experience
• Willing to complete a DBS
