Job description

We are currently headhunting a Highly Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing client. Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, the role requires a strong electrical skillset and will require you to apply strong technical knowledge and problem-solving capabilities. Working in a highly regulated environment, this role offers a fantastic combination of exciting work and the security of the pharmaceutical industry.

This position would suit an experienced engineer with a background in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting, ideally within pharmaceuticals or another regulated industry. Experience working with GMP is highly desirable, with experience working with Hydraulics, Pneumatics and PLC controlled machinery highly desirable. proactive and safety-conscious mindset is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform fault finding, repairs, and scheduled maintenance on electrical systems and machinery.
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize equipment and improve efficiency.
