Candidates should possess NVQ level 3 qualifications in a relevant field, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and have effective communication abilities. This integral role is responsible for effectively completing engineering tasks within the maintenance team and following the departmental systems to ensure that task completion is carried out efficiently and effectively.
To be successful in role, you should be someone who can work well under pressure, whilst paying attention to detail and ensuring that the 5S ethos is adhered to.
You should be determined and self-motivated, able to analyse and problem solve, as well as identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Ideally, you may have a RTITB certified Counterbalance licence and an IPAF Access Platforms Certificate.
You may also have fabrication experience and awareness of Fire and Asbestos as well as the BSC 7671 standard.
