• Prior experience in a similar 1st/2nd line support role.

• Providing 1st/2nd line support across a busy, multi-site environment.
• Maintaining and configuring Windows 11 PCs, MacBooks, iPhones, iPads.
• Supporting end users on Office 365 including Teams, SharePoint.
