Responsibilities

  • Managing transactions across the group.
  • Full end-to-end purchase ledger responsibility including payment runs, supplier statement reconciliations, and handling supplier queries.
  • Allocating payments and reconciling bank accounts.

Skills

Understanding of purchase and sales ledger processes
Confident with reconciliations and payment runs
Organisational and communication skills
Experience using Sage 50 or similar software
Proactive in identifying process improvements

Education

AAT studier or qualified by experience (QBE)
