A healthcare provider in Kent is looking for a Band 5 Health Care Professional to manage musculoskeletal outpatients in a dynamic and supportive environment. The candidate will work across various sites, requiring flexibility and strong patient communication skills. This role allows for a hybrid model of consultations, blending in-person and virtual care, and offers part-time options. Emphasis is placed on professional development and team collaboration within a well-rated service.
The MSK Physiotherapy service provides outpatient MSK services across Kent. We operate within four teams covering North Kent, Ashford, Canterbury and Thanet, South Kent Coast and West Kent.
We provide musculoskeletal outpatient physiotherapy to the local population working in community hospital physiotherapy departments and outreach clinics. We run a hybrid model of face‑to‑face and virtual consultations.
You will provide comprehensive musculoskeletal assessment and treatment of outpatients.
The base location will be agreed at interview and the post holder will be expected to work across sites in their respective teams and sometimes travel throughout Kent for training and to help meet service demands.
A Band 5 Health Care Professional (HCP) will manage their own caseload of patients under the supervision of a senior physiotherapist. Main responsibilities include:

This role is open to both current registered physiotherapists and students.
