The role

As a MRP Data Analyst you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Your expertise will directly influence operational success, optimise resources, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:

  • Manage and control MRP activities to ensure the availability and efficiency of materials and equipment.
  • Coordinate MRP schedules in line with planned and emergent demand, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all operations.
  • Report on MRP metrics and progress on a weekly and monthly basis to key stakeholders.
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem‑solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
  • Develop and implement practices, templates, policies, and tools to enhance MRP operational capability.

This role is full time working 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with a minimum of 2 days per week on site at DSG Donnington, Shropshire or Andover, Hampshire, with the flexibility to work full time on site when business needs demand.

This is a fixed term position for a duration of 52 weeks.

Essential experience of the MRP Data Analyst
  • Military/Defence Sector Supply Chain experience
  • Experience of MRP systems
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and operational functions.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem‑solving environment.
