Picture this: you'll be running your own projects, schmoozing with clients (in a professional capacity, of course) from start to finish, and delivering full cost consultancy and PQS duties. This includes:

• Pre-qualification and tender analysis (because who doesn\'t love a good tender?)
• Contract administration
• Final accounts
• Estimating and cost planning
• Producing reports (your chance to show off your data wizardry)
• And yes, even a sprinkle of value engineering (because making things better and cheaper is practically a superpower).

We\'re specifically seeking Quantity Surveyors (PQS) with at least three years of experience from a multidisciplinary consultancy or a specialist cost consultant. (Apologies to our contractor-side comrades, this one\'s not for you – it\'s complicated.)

To truly shine, you\'ll need strong cross-sector experience, with a particular eye for Education and refurbishment contracts. While Chartered MRICS status is preferred, we\'re absolutely keen to chat with experienced Quantity Surveyors who are on the cusp of achieving full chartered glory.
