We have an excellent opportunity for a chartered Building Surveyor to work on Disrepair projects primarily in East Anglia.

Job Type and Compensation

This is self-employed work outside of IR35 and is paid per report. Self-employed work, so this provides the opportunity for part-time or full-time.

Responsibilities

Undertake comprehensive building surveys of disrepair claims and the production of detailed expert witness reports for use in the legal process.

Qualifications

It is essential that candidates are MRICS qualified with 3 years + PQE. Residential experience is also essential for this work.
