Overview

Motor Trade - New Business team in Purfleet are on the lookout for someone to join the team and support them in liaising with, managing and maintaining current and prospective customers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to expand their insurance career by joining a leading broker.

What you’ll be doing:

• Help drive sales by proactively following up quotes via phone/email and handing warm leads to Sales to convert into live policies.
• Manage inbound enquiries swiftly and accurately; use CRM/diary to chase quotes, re‑engage lapsed/renewal leads, and record precise notes.
• Always providing clear, compliant guidance (escalating when needed) and represent the company professionally as one of the initial forms of contact for customers.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience, or strong knowledge, in the insurance industry, particularly in the Motor Trade.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Someone who always demonstrates high standards of professional behaviour and an ethical understanding of colleagues & customers.
• Strong communication skills, including active listening, confidence and the ability to build rapport.
