A leading insurance company in the UK is seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time hybrid role focused on investigating claims fraud. The position involves managing insurance claims, engaging with law enforcement, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Applicants should possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service. This is a full-time hybrid role with flexibility on office location at either our Leeds, Bournemouth, or Chelmsford offices. We require you to be within a 60‑minute commute of your nearest Allianz office. We offer flexibility, and specific arrangements can be discussed during the interview process.
Pay: Circa £32,000, dependent on skills and experience.
