A leading automotive recruitment agency in the UK is looking for a qualified MOT Tester based in Watford. In this permanent full-time role, you will perform MOT services and repairs, ensuring high standards and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have an MOT licence and a passion for the automotive industry. A competitive salary package and working hours of Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays are offered.

Overview

MOT Tester

Basic £30k - £35k / OTE £41k OTE

Watford

Permanent/Full Time

Monday to Friday (8am - 6pm) / 1 in 3 Saturdays (8am - 1pm)

Responsibilities

• Carrying out MOT service and repair of vehicles to excellent standards.
• Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control on test results and additional work necessary.
• Ensuring quality inspection controls are carried out.
• Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
• Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.

Your Background & Skill

• Must be a qualified MOT Tester.
