A reputable automotive company is seeking a skilled MOT Tester to join their team in Shoreham-by-Sea. The role involves conducting thorough vehicle tests, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates must hold a valid MOT Licence Class 4 and a level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance. This position offers a salary up to £34,000 with working hours Monday to Friday and a Saturday shift every three weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is essential.
• A Full UK Manual Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

MOT TESTER

Salary Up to £34,000

Working Hours Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm, 1 in 3 Saturday 8am till 12pm

Location - Wakefield

Dealership looking for competent and friendly MOT Tester. As MOT Tester you must have both a thorough and knowledgeable approach to your work.

Responsibilities of an MOT Tester

• Testing tyres, wheel alignment, exhausts, batteries, welding, cutting
• Basic and advanced knowledge of suspension and brakes
• Ensure that all deadlines are met making sure all vehicles are tested in accordance with legal standards.
• Able to assist in service and preparation work when required.

Skills and Qualifications of an MOT Tester

• Valid MOT Licence Class 4
• MUST Hold a level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
• MUST HOLD a Full UK Manual Driving Licence - Subject to drivers check
• A genuine commitment to delivering first-class customer service
