Overview

Mosaic Subject Matter Expert – Adult Social Care

  • Daily Rate: £450 - £550
  • Location: Remote
  • Job Type: Full Time, Contract

Our client is seeking a Mosaic Subject Matter Expert to support the successful implementation, delivery, and adoption of the Mosaic system within the Adult Services and Wellbeing sector. This role is crucial for the Mosaic Implementation Programme across Children and Young Peoples Service and Adult Services and Wellbeing.

Day-to-day of the role
  • Provide expert knowledge on Mosaic forms and workflow to ensure optimal setup and functionality.
  • Identify and correct data quality issues, and assist in data migration to ensure accurate system data.
  • Conduct Mosaic User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and execution to validate system functionality before full-scale implementation.
  • Collaborate with both Children Social Care and Adult Social Care teams to tailor the system to meet specific needs.
  • Lead and support the go-live steps, including post-go-live case pickup and progress monitoring.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with Mosaic forms, workflows, and best practices.
  • Proven ability in data migration and the criticality of reference data.
  • Experience setting up worker roles within Mosaic and creating migration workflows.
  • Ability to handle go-live procedures and post-go-live adjustments effectively.
  • Strong presentation skills, capable of engaging with senior project team members and board members.
  • Excellent team collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Task and time-driven, with a can-do attitude and comfortable leading and being led on tasks.
