What happens when you join Mojo as a Mortgage Support Expert?

You will support our team of Mortgage Experts, using your problem solving skills to seek solutions for complex mortgage requests. You\'ll be supported by some of the easiest and slickest systems and technology in the market – and you\'ll even have a dedicated broker experience team purely there to make your role better!

Role responsibilities
  • Working closely with our team of Mortgage Experts, you will be supporting them with complex sourcing, offering advice directly to customers and working closely with lenders to make sure customers get great advice
  • You will use your technical expertise and mortgage knowledge to support the team with queries and helping them deliver good customer outcomes
  • Supporting our team of Mortgage Experts - they can\'t work 24/7 so we need someone to help their customers when they are not online. This could be anything from answering a customer query, updating advice due to a change in circumstances, to packaging their cases
  • You will need to offer mortgage advice to our customers on their whole of market mortgage options, using Mojo\’s unique in-house software. You will do this by assessing customers\' applications and issuing high-quality recommendations
  • Make a point of efficiently keeping our customers fully informed throughout the process
  • Support our customers\’ mortgage application and work alongside a brilliant team of case managers
What do we need from you?
  • You need to have a Full CeMAP Qualification and whole of market broker experience
  • You\'ll need to be able to understand and apply a flexible approach to help find solutions to complex situations
  • Organisation - You\'ll be busy constantly and change happens a lot, so you\'ll need to be super organised, managing multiple cases from multiple brokers
  • You\'ll provide a best-in-class customer experience, going over and above each time for your customers
  • You will problem solve and provide feedback for any cases that weren’t quite right the first time, developing our Mortgage Expert team with their knowledge and understanding.
Job Benefits

This role has a full time £40,000 annual salary (this will be pro-rata to the hours chosen), 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and because that isn\'t enough you will also get an extra half day off for your birthday, full day off if you move house and 2 companywide close down days per year just to make the deal that little bit sweeter.
