Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking qualified mortgage advisers to work from their new Bath office in a hybrid role. Successful candidates will provide whole of market mortgage advice and demonstrate sales skills. The position requires a Cemap qualification and at least two years of experience delivering advice over the phone. The starting salary is £32,500 with an OTE of £60,000.

OTE £60,000

Our client, established in 1997, offers clients a fee-free service. They have offices across the UK and are opening a new office in Bath. They are seeking qualified, experienced mortgage advisers to work hybrid from the Bath office (3 days home, 2 days in the office).

Responsibilities

• Provide whole of market or panel mortgage advice over the phone in the consumer market (qualified with Cemap or equivalent).
• Demonstrate a high level of protection sales following a consultative process.

Requirements

• Cemap or equivalent qualification with a minimum of two years of experience.
• Experience delivering mortgage advice over the phone in the consumer market.
• Evidence of production and earnings over the past 12 months.

Working hours

Mon–Fri; 1 x late shift; 1 x Saturday per month (day back in lieu).
