You'll also need to document information in a clear and accurate manner.

When you join as a Multi Skilled Mortgage Consultant you will have the opportunity to later develop into the next role on our career pathway which is a Senior Mortgage Consultant and receive the training and support you need along the way.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Full CeMAP (or equivalent) – essential
  • Previous experience in providing Mortgage Advice for new customers and existing customers looking to switch to a new mortgage product, borrow additional funds, or make a variation to their existing mortgage - essential
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple sources of information
  • A proven track record in achieving objectives and performance measures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

And in return, you'll get the best from us:

  • Matched pension contributions up to 10%
  • 26 days holiday, plus bank holidays and holiday purchase scheme
  • Colleague Mortgage and Saver products
  • Electric vehicle / Cycle to Work scheme
  • 2 days' volunteering per year

We'll give you a place to belong with the support to learn, develop and shape a meaningful career.

This recognises how we've embedded our purpose with our colleagues, and the actions we've taken to put home ownership within reach of more people, generation after generation.
