The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in commercial mortgage advisory, demonstrating excellent sales skills and a drive for customer service, along with a desire to develop in the commercial mortgage sector.

• Minimum 2 years of mortgage advisory experience.
• Experience with Buy to Let, Refurb, and Bridging Finance.
• Strong sales and customer service background.

£30,000 - 35,000 + OTE £80,000 + Uncapped commission

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Mortgage Broker to join one of the fastest growing mortgage brokerages in the North of England. This role will involve managing applications from inception through to completion and is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing financial service provider.

The Ideal Candidate/Experience

• Competent Commercial Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker
• Passion and drive to move into the Commercial Mortgage space
• Experience with specialist Buy to Let, Refurb, and Bridging Finance
• Experience of full range of finance solutions
• Minimum 2 years’ experience mortgage advisory experience (or similar)
• Full CeMAP or equivalent (is a plus not essential)
• Strong sales and customer service background
• Interest in property investment and commercial property financing
• Problem solver with a proactive mindset
• Drive and enthusiasm
• A team player is a MUST!
• The ability to build relationships at all levels
