A leading mortgage brokerage in the UK is seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker. In this role, you will manage applications from inception through to completion, providing clients with various mortgage solutions. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of mortgage advisory experience, a strong sales background, and a passion for commercial property financing. The Ideal Candidate/Experience

• Competent Commercial Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker
• Passion and drive to move into the Commercial Mortgage space
• Experience with specialist Buy to Let, Refurb, and Bridging Finance
• Experience of full range of finance solutions
• Minimum 2 years’ experience mortgage advisory experience (or similar)
• Full CeMAP or equivalent (is a plus not essential)
• Strong sales and customer service background
• Interest in property investment and commercial property financing
• Problem solver with a proactive mindset
• Drive and enthusiasm
• A team player is a MUST!
• The ability to build relationships at all levels
