Skills

Mortgage Advisor

Our Bairstow Eves branch in Purley in South Croydon, an affluent area, offers good value for money properties and a happy blend of city and rural life. We require a Senior Experienced Mortgage Broker to walk clients through the mortgage process.

Earning potential is very high in this affluent area – £60‑80k approx.

Main responsibilities

• Building relationships with the Estate Agency teams to provide training and support.
• Attracting new customers and business while being driven to achieve professional goals in a result‑driven environment.
• Walking customers through the entire mortgage service, including providing advice on a range of products and services to meet customer needs.
• Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships.
