Overview
As a key member of the team, you will specialise in developing, implementing, and evaluating a nationally recognised mortality review methodology across the Trust's localities. Your role will be pivotal in providing evidence from learning from deaths and supporting quality improvement projects across the organisation. You will collaborate with clinicians and leadership teams, service users, and external partners to drive these initiatives.

- Lead and coordinate the Learning from deaths process to improve the quality and safety of care, ensuring a robust approach to mortality review that is in line with statutory, regulatory, and best practice requirements.

Role details and benefits
- Saturday (midnight to midnight) and any weekday after 8pm and before 6am; all time on Sundays and Public Holidays (midnight to midnight).
