Overview

The role of a Service Maintenance and Repair Technician is multifaceted and impactful. You will be the friendly face who provides first-class service and repair work, whether at customers\' workplace or home. As part of our mobile mechanic team, you will attend appointments, complete service inspections, handle breakdowns, provide on-the-spot repairs, and keep things running smoothly. Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and communicate effectively with customers, sharing knowledge in a way they understand and ensuring their needs are taken care of
  • Work independently or as part of a team, driving to various locations in all weathers; handle appointment-based work and breakdowns
  • Utilize technical ability to solve issues, performing roadside fixes or attending appointments to enable the customer to get back on their day
  • Be the friendly face of the company, delivering reliable service to members in all weather conditions
Qualifications
  • NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience
  • Full category B driving licence with 6 points or less
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, which could include evenings
