Responsibilities

Job Title: Mobile Vehicle Technician

Location: Weston-Super-Mare

Salary: £38,625 Basic (OTE £50,000) + Overtime 1.5 / guaranteed overtime option to increase base salary to £44,385 + Company Van

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00–16:30, with 1 in 4 Saturdays – 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the breakdown team to attend breakdowns, diagnose issues and work on vehicles to get them back on the road or ensure they return to the workshop.
• Identify problems and advise customers on vehicle issues.
• Perform vehicle servicing and general maintenance, including electrical and diagnostics.
• As a Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician, be the face of the business and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or Level 2 if awarded equivalent qualifications such as City and Guilds, IMI, or NVQ). Must be able to show your qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years experience within a vehicle workshop or working as a Mobile Vehicle Mechanic.
• A full UK driving licence – no more than 9 points or bans on the licence.
• Ability to demonstrate technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
