Qualifications

• Familiarity with diagnostic tools or remote diagnostic systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide on‑site vehicle repair service for end customer.
• Offer remote technical support to end customer to solve the technical problem.
• Drive quality and R&D resources from headquarters to promptly respond to market issues.
