Qualifications

• Experience in a field-based service and maintenance role.
• Previous experience supporting medical devices is desirable.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Organise and attend site visits.
• Fault finding and repair of company equipment.
• Survey and install company systems.
• Provide product training for customers and distributors.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of products.
• Respond to customer calls/emails.
