Mobile Maintenance Plumber

Location: Birmingham & Surrounding Areas

Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 + Van & Fuel Card + Benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday

A leading facilities management and building services company is looking for a skilled Mobile Maintenance Plumber to join their growing team. Covering Birmingham and the surrounding areas, you'll be responsible for carrying out a range of plumbing maintenance, repairs, and minor installation work across commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance in commercial buildings
• Service and repair hot and cold-water systems, pipework, valves, and sanitary ware
• Work on TMVs, water heaters, pumps, and general plumbing systems
• Support compliance tasks including temperature checks and L8 monitoring
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely
• Complete job reports and documentation accurately
• Liaise with clients and site staff to ensure smooth service delivery
• Travel between sites across the Birmingham region

Skills & Experience Required

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification)
• Experience working within commercial maintenance or facilities management - essential
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of water systems, pumps, and pipework installations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence - essential
