• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with experience working in customers' homes.
• Can-do attitude with exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with customers.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Proficient in using mobile technology.
• A full, valid, manual UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out repairs, maintenance, cleaning services, waste disposal, and recycling.
• Work within clear processes to meet time frames set by the line manager.
• Identify the extent and scope of reported defects and take corrective action.
• Collect and distribute necessary materials and equipment required for tasks.
• Participate effectively in mobile working using electronic recording systems.
• Observe and comply with health and safety policies and procedures.
