Facilitate Search have teamed up with one of the UK's largest FM providers, and they are on the lookout for a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to carry out PPM and reactive work.

• Salary: £38,423 (inc Callout) plus Door to Door travel

Responsibilities

• Representing the company in a professional and competent manner at all times and develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
• To collate and complete the PPM schedule within agreed timescales and to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and to the laid-down procedures.
• To prioritise maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and response times.
• To identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and promptly advise the Facilities Manager of findings, with recommendations regarding suitable replacement.
• To advise the Facilities Manager of any repair and maintenance issues that are likely to affect the smooth running of the store
