A leading defense contractor is seeking a Mobile HGV Technician based in Luton to provide servicing, maintenance, and repairs on heavy goods vehicles and fire service equipment. Responsibilities include diagnosing faults, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing workloads. As a Mobile HGV Technician, you'll deliver first‑class servicing, maintenance, and repairs on heavy goods vehicles and specialist fire service equipment to MOT and operational standards.

Please note that the successful candidate will be required to pass a targeted medical questionnaire and medical examination as a condition of employment for this role. This role is full time, 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Starting and finishing at home. You will be required to be on call 1 weekend in 4; additional overtime hours may be required depending on operational requirements.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role. Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
